I am an AOEC certified executive coach with counselling training. I am also a professional actress with 15 years experience on stage, screen and radio. In my acting career I have worked on projects including the Oscar winning Darkest Hour, and the Emmy and BAFTA award winning dramas Wolf Hall, The Mirror and The Light, The Night Manager and Black Mirror.
 

In 2023, I became a mum and was surprised by the profound identity change that bought. Returning to work, it was a challenge to build back my confidence, my sense of self, and to remember just how capable I was. I am passionate about working alongside people who - for whatever reason - wish to re-energise their career and life, so they can move forward with confidence and purpose.​

I worked in the digital sector for 12 years and am a certified AWA Agile team coach. I have facilitated workshops for a rage of clients across the private sector, helping teams build cohesion, improve empathy, communicate better and enhance their presentation skills.
